三、Tips:
1. All students should abide by the local government and university's laws and regulations. Please avoid Illegal working with student visa or expired visas.
2. All students are not allowed to leave Shaanxi without prior permission from SIE. Please take care of your belongings and keep the door locked well at night.
3. Do not organize or participate in any illegal assembly, rally, campaign, or protests. And, do not engage in religious activities in the dorm and public areas.
4. According to the superiors' requirements, teachers and students are advised to celebrate the festival locally; please do not participate in gathering activities; please do not leave Xi'an if not necessary; those who really need to go out must go through the procedures of leave application according to the regulations. After returning to school, the requirements of epidemic prevention and control should be strictly implemented.
5. Teachers and students are not allowed to go to counties (cities, districts, banners) with local confirmed cases unless necessary. If teachers and students and their co-residents have a history of travel in counties (cities, districts, banners) with medium or high risk areas, they should report SIE immediately and take health monitoring and other control measures as required.
