三、Tips
1. Take good care of your personal valuables, such as computer, mobile phone, cash, passport, credit card, etc.
2. Please do not lend the keys to others, or copy the keys from others privately. If the lock is damaged, you should inform the repair department in time.
3. Please keep the dormitory clean and tidy, keep quiet when you go upstairs and downstairs; take good care of the facilities in the public areas, otherwise you should pay compensation for improper use.
4. It is prohibited to smoke, drink alcohol, throw things out of the window and keep pets in the dormitory.
5. Please do not hang, distribute or post all kinds of publicity materials without permission.
6. Do not engage in illegal or criminal activities in the apartment.
7. Do not remove or damage those fire-fighting systems intentionally; do not store or use dangerous, flammable, and explosive facilities, corrosive materials, etc. which may pose a serious security hazard.
8. Missionary activities and religious gatherings are strictly prohibited in the dormitory.
假期安全须知
目前，疫情尚未结束，请同学们注意个人防护，遵守学校各项防疫制度，并做到：

在校国际学生
For On-campus International Students
（
1）寒假期间,在校国际学生非必要不得外出，确有特殊原因必须外出者，须严格履行请假手续;
During the winter holidays, On-campus International students are not allowed to go out without permission, and those who have to go out for emergency must apply for permits in advance;

2）注意防火用电安全，禁止在宿舍使用大功率电器，做饭，或抽烟；
Pay attention to the fire and electricity safety. Do not use high-power electrical appliances, cook or
smoke in the dormitory;

3）注意人身安全，遵守公寓门禁制度，离开时锁好门窗，并在运动时注意防护；
Pay attention to personal safety, abide by the curfew time of the dormitory, lock the doors and
windows when leaving, and protect yourself during sports;
（4）合理安排学习及作息，养成良好生活习惯；
Please keep a healthy living habit;

5）若有任何疑问，请及时告知国际教育学院。

在华校外国际学生
For Off-campus International Students
（1）非特殊原因不得离开西安市，确有特殊原因者，须及时告国际教育学院；
Off-campus Students must not leave Xi’an without permission. Students who have emergency
and special cases must inform SIE in advance;
（2）做好个人防护，减少不必要的外出，不聚集，不容留他人；
Please do self-protection，and avoid unnecessary going out; Do not gather and accommodate
people from other cities;
（3）遵守相关法律法规，不组织或参与违法犯罪活动；
Abide by regulations and laws, do not organize or involve in illegal activities;
（4）注意交通安全，遵守交通法规。不得无照驾驶；
Abide by traffic regulations and laws. Do not drive without a valid license;
（5）注意防火用电及人身安全；
Pay attention to fire, electricity, and personal safety;
（6）若有任何疑问，请及时告知国际教育学院；

境外国际学生
For Overseas International Students
（1）中国境外国际学生不得返回中国。请做好居家防护，待在本地，定期与国际教育学院
老师沟通情况；
Overseas international students are not allowed to return to China. Please follow local
epidemic preventive guidelines, stay in the local, and communicate with SIE regularly;

2）请及时查看学校通知，保持微信，邮箱等联络方式通畅；
Please check the notice from school in time and keep your WeChat, Email and other contacts available.

Reminder
*所有同学请于每天 22:00 之前在钉钉软件上填写并提交“每日健康报告”，若有任何异常情况及时告知国际教育学院。
Please submit your Daily Health Report before 22:00 through DingTalk everyday，and inform SIE if there is any problem.
